Hey its WEEKEND… One big question in my mind “What movie to watch?” … Now a days, watching movie became every week custom for a nuclear family and it became very easy when platform like prime video & Netflix brings it in a click. But this Sunday is very special.
Guess!! We are really moved by a movie which left a lasting impression in our hearts and this writing is about the impression it passes on to me and my family. Here comes the title…
K.D (a) Karupu Durai – Directed by Ms. Madumita.
There are lot of movies in Tamil cinema which portrays life after 60 either with fun and happiness or pain and sadness. But this movie is very different and broke this monotony. It brings the colorful journey of two abandons of extreme side of generation gap who want something to live on.
Every person in this world need a purpose to continue & make this life meaningful.Even a bee has the purpose of collecting honey and indirectly helping for pollination and it does it along with hundred other bees who protects themselves if danger or fight together when harm comes. “The True Companionship”
We always take everything for granted and every one does that to any one of our relationship which is completely in love with us. Mostly it will be our parents who raise us with all their strengths and possibilities. We grow taking all their strengths. When they are out of their stamina, We abandon them.
We hide behind lot of reasons for putting them in that state. Family, wife,Money & more, I really respects that. But nobody thinks if our parents would have thought the same when we are in need of them. We wouldn’t be born or be in a position what we are.
I asked myself a question. How will be my thoughts when I am nearing an age where I actually become once again baby by heart? I request my readers to ask this question to themselves. I completely understood what it feels. Its what a new born baby wants from his/her father and mother. “The True Companionship”
This can be in any form of relationship. Children, Grandchildren, Friends,Wife,Husband and even a Pet too who can hold their hands, share their days ,give love & self respect, listen to their words and at least act like doing it.This can make them happy and give hope. Finally they are our responsibility and not just a burden.
